Building Connections Through JS. Future Links - Emma Haigh's Story

I joined JS. in May 2024 and was keen to get involved with JS. Future Links from the outset. My first event was the Summer Race Day at the JS Head Office in July 2024, and it was a fantastic introduction to the group. Not only did I enjoy the event, but I also made some valuable new professional connections.

Since then, I've attended as many Future Links events as possible, from quiz nights and rounders to the popular Net-walking sessions. Each event offers the chance to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new people, and continue building meaningful relationships.

For me, the greatest value of Future Links is the opportunity to expand my network both within and beyond the firm. Building connections across different industries and professions is invaluable, particularly when clients need specialist support outside our own areas of expertise. Having a trusted network of contacts can make a real difference.

Future Links events are always welcoming, enjoyable, and a great way to create genuine professional relationships that benefit everyone involved.
