I have always been a part of the General Practice team which has been amazing for my on-the-job exposure, not only to aid my studies but also to develop my communication skills and relationships with clients. This is something I love most about the job, helping clients with all the various matters we deal with from personal tax compliance/planning to year-end and management accounts. I have also recently joined the audit team which has provided me with even more contact with clients and a better understanding of their business.

Aside from my regular day job I am also part of the social committee, it is great to be able to organise events for everyone to enjoy and bring all the JS team together! I believe it is important to do things like this every once in a while, as well as work progression, to put yourself out of your comfort zone.

There is so much opportunity at JS as we are a forever-growing Practice and cannot wait to see what my future holds!
